Information clause : 

In accordance with article 13 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016. (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") I hereby inform that: 

1) The administrator of your personal data is the Towarzystwo Przyjaciol Niepelnosprawnych 
[eng. Friends of Disabled Society] (hereinafter: TPN) with its seat in Łódź, ul. Staszica 1/3, 91-746 Lodz, Poland

3) Your personal data, ie (name and surname, image) will be processed as part of promotional and marketing activities carried out by the administrator - related to the "Sweet, Sweet Home" campaign. Processing will consist in placing photos containing the image on the website www.wyjatkowydom.org.pl 

4) The data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR (i.e. based on the consent granted for the processing of personal data). The consent is given when the photo is sent to the following address: budowniczowie@tpn.org.pl 

5) Your personal data will be processed throughout the duration of the activities for promotional or marketing purposes of the administrator, and after the completion of the above-mentioned activities will be stored for the purpose of compulsory archiving of documentation for the time specified in separate regulations 

6) The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions. 

7) You have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, and the right to withdraw consent 

8) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you feel that the processing of your data violates the law. 

9) Providing your personal data by you and consenting to their processing and dissemination of your image is voluntary, in the event of a refusal, the Administrator will not use them in the implementation of promotional and marketing activities. 

10) Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
